Davis Vision Programs

Davis Vision offers a choice of three vision programs. Each program has a Provider Network Directory for employers and members to search for participating providers.

Crystal Vision
The Crystal Vision Plan offers the most comprehensive coverage, covering examinations and fittings, once a year for children and once every two years for adults.  Standard corrective lenses, either glasses or contact lenses, are provided under the same schedule and frames are provided every two years for both children and adults.

Standard Vision
The Standard Vision Plan is slightly different than the Crystal Vision Plan in benefit, credit and reimbursement amounts, as well as monthly premiums.

Value Vision
The Value Vision Plan is a discount vision program, covering eye examinations and offering discounts on frames and lenses.

There are no minimum enrollment requirements for any of the Davis Vision programs.

 

National Vision Administrators (NVA) Programs

We offer vision program options through NVA, providing additional flexibility and choice in your employee benefit plan design.

Optivision
The Optivision Plans combine the advantages of covered, comprehensive vision exams with the flexibility of significant fixed discounts on lenses, frames and contact lenses.
